PHARR TECHNOLOGIES, CO.’s full service Maintenance
Plans include, but are not limited to, the following services:
• Daily System Backup Design and Review
• System Budgeting and Monitoring
• System Maintenance
• Virus Protection Plan
• Hub Installation and Maintenance
• Purchasing of Hardware and Software
• Installation of Hardware and Software
• Disaster Recovery Planning and Maintenance • Network Administration
Services
• Power Analysis
• UPS Design and Implementation
• End User Support
• System Recommendations
• System Diagnostics
• Hardware Maintenance
• Other Miscellaneous Computer Needs by Customer
Option One: Pay as needed - Customer
pays as needed. Customer is not guaranteed a 15 minute call back
for assessment of problem nor a eight hour response time. All
time related to support services are charged in full to the customer
at the standard hourly rate. Partial time is billed in half hour
increments.
Option Two: Block Purchase - Customer
purchases block of time to be paid in quarter increments prior
to hours being used (50/hrs blocks are paid in one half increments).
Customer receives a guaranteed 15 minute call back for assessment
of problem and a eight hour response time. All time related to
support services is applied in full to the block of hours purchased.
Partial time is applied in half hour increments.
Option Three: Fixed Price Plan - Customer
purchases a flat rate maintenance plan based on the number on
workstations on the network, to be paid quarterly or monthly.
Price to be quoted by PHARR TECHNOLOGIES, CO. on a customer-by-customer
basis. Customer is guaranteed 15 minute call back for assessment
of problem and a eight hour response time. Hours are only to be
used for maintenance of existing Network. Plan includes the installation
of any new network applications. All time related to support services
is the responsibility of PHARR TECHNOLOGIES, CO.
